We haven't had much success using staffing agencies. Why would we choose you and why are you different?

We pride ourselves on being different and making a difference. We’re not restricted by traditional agency rules. As a result, we’re nimble and flexible. We are there for our clients, 24 hours, every day in a year. Our maximum response time is 24 hours. –We’ll make sure we have the right person for your organization. If we can’t find that perfect candidate for you, we’ll let you know that too.

Do you have any areas of speciality?

We do. We work a lot with sales organizations, retail and wholesale and we are sourcing all kinds of candidates for them. We are also specialized in automotive industry and have knowledge and experiece in sourcing of all automotive staff from sales, to technical to finance. We are also extremely well versed in sourcing all the bookeeping, accounting and finance staff and all profiles of managers and directors.

Is it possible to hire a temporary employee with our company, if a position becomes available?

We’re excited when one of our temporary employees finds a great opportunity with one of our client companies…. and we get it. Everyone wants to be employed for and long time with the employer where he/she works. In fact, a larger number of our temporary employees find their next role this way. We’ll make it hassle free for you with easy to understand terms.

How do you source your candidates?

We can’t give away all our secrets. We use a large variety of sources to find your next employee. We make it our business to know where the best people are. Traditional job boards just aren’t our thing.

What does »employment« mean?

Yes, it sounds a little complicated doesn’t it? It’s really quite simple. First of all, we source the candidates you need. Our full recruitment process involves many different parts – searching, recruiting, reviewing resumes, pre-screening, interviewing, assessing, reference checking – whew!! It’s a long list.

Maybe your organization doesn’t have the time or manpower to do the whole thing but it’s important to you. Or you’re smaller than 50 employees and it just doesn’t make sense to have an in-house HR department? That’s where we come in. Tell us the pieces you would like to outsource and we’ll complete them for you. That’s it. Easy peasy.
